*The delivery URL can be viewed only with the purchased ZAIKO account.
*Even if you share the URL or post to SNS, you can only view it on your ZAIKO account.
*If you watch it from the middle, it will be live streaming from that point, and you can not rewind and play it during live streaming.

[Event participation requirement]
Please present one of the following documents together with you ID at the entrance.
[1] Vaccination certificate for Covid-19 (2 times)
Please bring a vaccination certificate or a vaccination ticket or a record showing completion of two shots of vaccination.
*The 2nd shot of the vaccination needs to be before October 15th.

[2] PCR negative certificate within 3 days prior to the admission
Please take a PCR test by yourself and bring a negative certificate within 3 days prior to the event admission.
*The certificate must show your name and test date.
*Test results can be presented in email format.
*You will only need to present the certificate on the 30th if you are participating both days.

[3] Proof of previously infected individuals
Please bring a proof of medical treatment or a work restriction notice or a letter of recommendation for hospitalization issued by the local municipality.
*The condition is eligible for those who were infected with Covid-19 after May 1st, 2021.

［Event cautions］
● People under 20 years old can enter only if accompanied by the guardian. You do not need to meet the event participation requirements to attend.
● No ticket is needed for people under 20 years old.
● You do not need to bring the original documents of the event participation requirements. Please make a copy of the original document or take a photo of it on your smartphone and present it at the entrance. Your name, vaccination date, examination date, etc. must be visible.
● Re-entry is not allowed.
● No parking. Cars are strictly prohibited.
● Please refrain from taking pictures and videos.
● No cloak at the venue. We cannot keep your belongings.
● The event will be held rain or shine but will be cancelled in stormy weather.
● To prevent the spread of the Covid-19, please refrain from drinking and eating in large groups before and after the event including drinking and eating in front of convenience stores or on street in the area. Also, please refrain from talking loudly in public transportation and surrounding stores.
● Those who don't follow rules or staff instruction may be asked to leave the festival forcibly and no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
● Please be careful with excessive alcohol use. If someone is too drunk, we may ask the person to leave the site.
● If we find someone entering the festival illegally, we will take the person into police custody and compensation will be charged.
● The organizer, artists and the venue will not be responsible for any accidents, loss of items, theft, injury, getting sick inside the festival site under no circumstances.
● No pets are allowed.
● Ear-muffs for small kids to protect their hearings are recommended. If you don't have one, please consider not taking them on the dance floor.
● Please note we will be filming the event and there is a chance that you will be in the footage. We will try our best not to bother you while you are having fun.
● To harm nature around the venue, sleeping on street, parking on surrounding streets and neighborhoods is strictly prohibited.


［Things not allowed on site］
● Alcohol, bottles, cans, tent, tarp, drone, chairs, instruments, umbrellas, fireworks, any dangerous items and things that are prohibited under the law, harmful items for others. If found, we will forfeit these items and dispose.


［Covid-19 measurement］
● Please wear a non-woven mask.
● Please always keep social distance with people around you.
● Please disinfect your hands as often as possible.
● When entering the festival site, we will make sure the health check sheet is sent to you. Until we confirm you have it, entry is now allowed. Please make sure to show your ticket together with the confirmation of the health check sheet.
● If you don't feel well, please do not enter the festival site and stay home.

［Entry is not allowed if you have below symptoms/cases］
● Fever, sore-throat, chills, fatigue, cough, diarrhea, taste/smell disorder.
● If you had a close contact with people who tested positive with Covid-19.
● Those who suspect that a family member or close acquaintance has been infected.
● Those who have travelled from a country where the government has imposed entry restriction or required a self-quarantine within the past 14 days, or had a close contact with a resident of these countries.


［Ticket will be all electric］
● We will keep customer's information.
● Upon entry, we will scan QR code and give you a wristband. Please put on a wristband in front of our staff.


［Vendors on site］
● Please keep distance when queueing. (5 people max per group, keep 1m from others.)
● Please keep distance and enjoy eating & drinking.
● No smoking and eating/drinking in front of the stage. Please enjoy them outside the dance floor.


［No excessive shouting］
● No excessive shouting or talking are allowed. Staff will be around to check.


［If you get sick at the festival］
● Please take good care of yourself and go home and rest.


［Health check］
● We will send a health check sheet (google form) via email. Please make sure you fill it out and send it to us before coming to the festival. Also please forward the email to anyone who is coming with you to the festival.
● You are not allowed to enter until you fill out the form.


[Regarding ticket carry-over]
● If you keep the ticket you have purchased, it will be a valid 2 day ticket for the event with new dates. *Cancelled tickets sales will only be 2 day tickets, no single day ticket available.

[FAQ]

● Date and time of the event
RDC "Back To The Real" is not an all-night event. No single-day tickets will be sold.

● Event participation requirement
If you meet of the following conditions, you are eligible to participate in the event.

[1] Certification of COVID-19 vaccination (2 times)
*The 2nd shot of the vaccination needs to be before October 15th.

[2] Negative PCR test result within three days before the admission
*The certificate must show your name and test date.

[3] Certification of the previous infection of COVID-19
*The condition is eligible for those who were infected with COVID-19 after May 1st, 2021.

For example, if you are not vaccinated in time, or if you are not previously infected, you can participate as long as you have a negative PCR test result within three days before entry.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you but we believe that if you meet one of the above conditions, you will be able to enjoy the dance floor as safely as possible.

● Negative PCR test certificate
You do not need to use a medical institution for the PCR test, but the PCR test results must clearly show your 'name' and 'date of testing'.
Test results can be presented in email format.

● How to present various certifications
You do not need to bring the original documents. Please make a copy of the original document or take a photo of it on your smartphone and present it at the entrance.
Your name, vaccination date, examination date, etc. must be visible.

● Children's participation in events
If you are accompanied by a parent or guardian, you do not need to meet the event participation requirements to attend (those under 20 do not need to purchase a ticket).
However, it is the parent or guardian’s responsibility to take sufficient care and control of the child.

​​The venue for this event is more compact than the one in Higashi-Izu. Please note that there is no kid’s area or camping area available.
The organizers will not be able to take care of baby strollers, but you can bring them into the venue.
